Delete your Buddy Flight account
Last updated: 2 September 2026
You can have your Buddy Flight account and the data stored with it deleted. If you still have the game installed, the fastest route is inside it. If you have already uninstalled it, use the email request below — you do not need to reinstall anything.
Request deletion by email
This works whether or not the game is installed. The link below opens your email app with the request already written; send it from any address and we will reply to that address.
Email a deletion request to info@pbfungaming.cz
If the button does not open your email app, write to info@pbfungaming.cz with the subject “Buddy Flight account deletion request”.
What to tell us, so we find the right account
Your Buddy Flight account has no password and no username of its own — it is tied to the Google Play Games identity you signed in with. Include whatever you know:
- the player name Buddy Flight showed next to your score;
- the Google account (email address) you used with Google Play Games in Buddy Flight;
- roughly when you first played;
- whether you ever bought Remove Ads or Photo Studio.
Never send a password, a one-time code, a sign-in token or a purchase token — not to us and not to anyone claiming to be us. We never need them, and we will not act on a message that contains one beyond deleting it.
We answer deletion requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner. If we cannot match a request to an account with reasonable confidence, we will ask you for more detail rather than delete somebody else's account.
Delete it yourself, in the game
This is immediate and needs no email:
- Open Buddy Flight.
- Tap Settings (top right).
- Scroll to Legal & account.
- Tap Delete online account and confirm.
The option acts on the account already signed in on that device. It never signs you in and never creates an account just to delete one — if you are playing as a guest, there is nothing on our servers to delete.
What is deleted
Everything we hold for that account, in one operation:
- the account itself and the display name on it;
- the link to your Google Play Games identity, including the verified email address if one was stored;
- every sign-in session, so tokens already issued stop working at once;
- every ranked run and run ticket, and with them your leaderboard entries;
- your friends, friend requests, blocks, and the reports you filed or that named you;
- the challenges you created or joined, and their responses;
- your entitlements and the purchase ledger rows recorded for them;
- your online photo bytes, avatar versions, visibility and consent records, moderation records, unused one-time replacement, and any reports about the photo;
- your invite link, any install codes still outstanding for it, and any invite that has not yet been rewarded;
- every notification registration, the tokens in them, your notification setting, and any notification still queued for you or about you;
- every Play Games friend match recorded for you, in both directions.
Deletion stops all further serving of the photo and invalidates its online authorization. It cannot retroactively erase pixels that another device received while authorized and still holds in an offline in-memory view; that app discards the copy when it refreshes.
What is kept, and why
Two things survive, and neither is readable data about you. The first is a one-way keyed fingerprint of the Google Play Games identity that reached the account. It cannot be turned back into your player identifier or your email address, and it exists so the deletion cannot be undone by simply signing in again. Its practical effect is important, so it is worth stating plainly:
Deletion is permanent and one-way. The same Google Play Games identity can never create another Buddy Flight account. Remove Ads and every unused Photo Studio change, whether bought or earned, are lost and cannot be restored or refunded by us. If you only want to stop playing, uninstalling the game leaves the account intact.
The second is the record of an invite that was actually rewarded. Your account identifier is removed from it and replaced with a one-way keyed fingerprint of the same kind, so what remains cannot be read back to you or to the other player. It exists for the same reason: without it, the same invite could be rewarded again by deleting an account and starting over. A photo change somebody already earned because you accepted their invite stays theirs — they did nothing wrong, and it may already be spent.
We keep no purchase record of your own after deletion: the entitlement rows, the purchase ledger rows and your photo-change balance all go with the account. Google Play keeps its own order history for your Google account under Google's policies, and that is outside our control — see Google's Privacy Policy.
Data on your own device
Your hero photo, your best score and your settings live only on your phone. Deleting the account does not touch them, and uninstalling Buddy Flight removes them. Nothing on your device is uploaded when you delete the account.
